Shane Sullivan has spent nearly two decades in sales leadership roles in healthcare, life science, and biopharmaceutical industries. Shane brings industry experience, an extensive professional network, and strong customer focus to our team at Nephros. Prior to Nephros, Shane led the sales team at Saxton Bradley with a focus on the healthcare and scientific market. Before that, Shane was the Western Regional Sales Manager at Thermo Scientific (NYSE: TMO) for nearly 11 years, where he led the $175 million laboratory furnishings and airflow products division to ten consecutive quarterly double-digit increases in the western region. Prior to Thermo Scientific, Shane was with Applied Instruments, where he helped to grow the business, strengthened the company’s roots, and developed a strong understanding of the distribution market. Prior to that,  Shane led the launch and direct sales efforts of MDT Castle’s life science and pharmaceutical sterilization business, which ultimately contributed to the merger that formed Getinge-Castle. Shane earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
