Our Work and Team

At Nephros, we know water matters. We provide leading, accessible technology and resources that support the advancement of water quality. Through an integrated approach to water safety, we combine innovative testing science and filtration solutions with comprehensive support services.

As a Deloitte “Fast 500” biotechnology company (2019 and 2020), Nephros has demonstrated consistently high revenue growth and product innovation. We are a publicly traded company of nimble size, offering incredible opportunities for career advancement along with a strong sense of community.

Our hands-on, “get it done” culture and focus on patient safety drives all that we do, inspiring high performance and a sense of camaraderie. Our ultrafilters and pathogen detection systems are used in hospitals and medical clinics to assess and reduce the infection risks from waterborne pathogens, protecting patients and staff alike. Additionally, our products are used by dialysis centers for the removal of endotoxins and other biological contaminants from water and bicarbonate concentrate supplied to both dialysis machines and patients.

We work hard and with intention, placing effort into initiatives that not only grow business but also champion change. The work we do is inspired by our customers and communities, and it’s important to us that we integrate diversity and inclusion, sustainability, youth development, and employee engagement into how we function and how we serve.
