Responsible for leading the organization with a clear, set vision, developing a strategy to achieve that vision, and then executing that strategy. Robert leads our team to success by inspiring and motivating employees, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and making difficult decisions, all while managing resources effectively. Robert’s favorite part about working at Nephros is the opportunity to work with best-in-class technology while taking our partner and customer relationships to extraordinary levels as we grow and create shareholder value. Robert holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, along with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Responsible for driving effective financial strategies while maintaining Nephros’ fiscal health and adding value for investors and stakeholders. With more than 20 years of experience in asset management, investment, operations, reporting and oversight, as well as formal accounting expertise, Judy has an impressive record of financial leadership and planning. Judy’s favorite part about working at Nephros is contributing to the shared success of the entire organization while helping to further the company’s mission of better water for all. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wharton School and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction, research, development, and commercialization of medical and commercial products, Michael leads his team to deliver innovation that improves quality of life. With 20 years of experience in the electronics and medical device industries, Michael has a strong record of matching industry needs with technology opportunities, bringing new products through manufacturing to market, and leading highly effective technical teams. Michaels’s favorite part about working at Nephros is being part of a force that makes an important difference in people’s lives. From patient care and quality of life, to water quality and safety, he appreciates working with people who share the common vision of helping people, with an unwavering drive to do better. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University along with several advanced engineering certifications.

Responsible for providing the strategic and operational direction necessary to achieve compliance in Regulatory Submissions, Post-Market Surveillance, Product Development and Quality Management System Certification, Vashone leads her team to make quality assurance a way of life. Extending her regulatory arm to deliver HR process excellence, Vashone leads overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, organizational design, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, and employee relations. Vashone’s favorite part about working at Nephros is the opportunity for collaboration, growth, and being part of a dedicated team full of employees who share the same vision. Vashone holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University at Buffalo, along with a Master of Science in Forensic Science from Pace University, and is a Lead ISO13485 Certified Auditor.

Responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, Judy helps guide strategic financial decisions by researching and analyzing accounting data. She uses her expertise to prepare reports, issue financial statements, draft quarterly 10Qs, assemble information for external auditors, and maintain the chart of accounts all in compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements. Judy’s favorite part about working at Nephros is that the mission is fully embraced and celebrated among her colleagues. She takes pleasure in working in an environment full of committed, passionate, high achievers. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kean University along with a Master of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University.

Responsible for defining, building, and executing the Nephros brand to deliver on enterprise-level business objectives, Brianne ensures all aspects of brand are appropriately demonstrated through internal and external operations, materials, and touchpoints. Brianne also leads the development and execution of marketing strategy and collateral, thought leadership, press and PR that demonstrate brand integrity while driving business goals. Brianne’s favorite part about working at Nephros is being surrounded by colleagues who are each able to drive impact as they work together to improve potable water safety. Brianne holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, along with several post-graduate certifications in business development, communication, and digital media.

Responsible for overseeing company operations that directly drive revenue. She also develops and strengthens internal operations to provide streamlined and optimal experiences for customers. Her favorite part about working at Nephros is being part of a team that is building a sustainable, scalable infrastructure, and working on a team with a shared passion for helping people. Dev holds a Bachelor of Art in History from Binghamton University along with a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and graduated with distinction from the Harvard Business Analytics Program.

Responsible for directing and planning all aspects of supply chain initiatives, policies, and objectives, Alfred oversees the inventory, distribution, and transportation activities that keep Nephros operating efficiently. Alfred manages manufacturing locations and distribution centers and collaborates internally with departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service is always delivered. Alfred’s favorite part about working at Nephros is supporting a mission that inspires him – working to advance water quality, one installation at a time. Alfred holds a Bachelor of Art in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is currently working towards his Master of Business Administration, which he is set to achieve in 2025.
