Arthur Amron

Arthur is a Special Limited Partner with Wexford Capital.  Until 2024 he was a partner as Wexford and served as its General Counsel.  At Wexford Arthur actively participated in private equity transactions, particularly in the bankruptcy and restructuring areas, and served on the boards of a number of public and private companies in which Wexford held investments.  He continues to oversee certain private equity investments for Wexford, particularly in the aviation sector.  Arthur holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in political theory from Colgate University.
