Versatile Installation for Bacterial Remediation

Nephros has expanded the S100 microfiltration line to include an in-line model designed to support bacterial retention in a variety of settings—including low-pressure environments. This addition provides greater installation flexibility beyond sink and shower fixtures, bridging the application options of our current microfiltration and ultrafiltration product lines.

The new S100 in-line microfilter maintains the same technical specifications as our existing S100 product line, with one key enhancement: an increased flow rate of 2.5 GPM.  Like its counterparts, it offers a 0.1 micron pore size, a filter life of up to 90 days (3 months), and is FDA 510(k)-cleared as a Class II medical device. It also delivers the same F838 bacterial retention performance as our other S100 models.

The S100 in-line microfilter is available in two configurations: 70-0288, Quick Connect (QC), and 70-0289, Threaded (1/2” NPS)*. As a complement to the S100 in-line microfilter quick connect, Nephros offers kit 70-0347 to support a seamless installation process at sink and eyewash stations.

* 70-0289, Threaded (1/2 NPS) microfilter will be available in Summer 2025, along with a kit to support S100 in-line threaded filter installations.
